「The management scheduled a parking lot sealing during my stay. At various points the crew doing the sealing placed a single cone in the driveway or in the middle of the parking lot and proceeded to coat the parking lot. One time I was told to move my car as I parked pretty far from their activities. We were told the sealing agent would dry in an hour or two. It was still sticky the next morning. 「Traveling with my elderly mother. They recognized the need for a first floor room, and were so accommodating to allow us an extension on our checkout she’s out when she woke up unwell and needed an extra hour in the morning. They were kind and not judgmental, and I greatly appreciated it. The hotel itself is new and very nice accommodations.」

「No washer and dryer to use and the drain in the tub backs up when taking a shower.」

「Bed was a bit stiff ' bathroom door to in the room was to close to the toliet cant sit down without hitting your knee on the door when closing the door. Back of the hotel near sitting bench shows signs of neglect with missing a trash can.」

「The manager tried to scam me for 100$ each night I stayed. And then kept deactivating my room keys, after each attempt to response an issue. They watch who comes in and out of your room, threatening to keep the deposit if anyone stops by whatsever.」

「Water was cut off half a day, jacuzzi tub didn't work, look like hair half way up the wall in the bathroom (im sure this is from the cleaning team wiping down tubs and sinks then using the same rag to wipe down walls). Had to leave early no compensation or help from the front desk.」
