"The room had no towels upon our arrival so we had to go ask for some. Went to take a shower and the shower didn’t work only the bathtub. The blinds on the windows three or four were missing. When we went outside the outside door didn’t shut right and there was no real security. Our room door we had to pull shut when we left. The ice machine didn’t work and we went down for breakfast and there wasn’t hardly anything there."
