"bathroom didn't have a hand towel and no makeup mirror, being only 5ft, the mirror they had in the bathroom was too tall for me and no glass to use for brushing teeth"

"Cleaning staff appear to be a bit hit and miss these days - soap bottle left at sink open and empty as if it was going to be refilled but was forgotten about. No loo roll in the communal loo. Rooms are very hot in summer without aircon."
