「The accommodation was lovely, clean and spacious. It was the perfect location and the access to the hot tub was a brilliant addition.」

「We had a lovely weekend in the Shepherd's hut. Very cosy. It is in a very rural position but only a short drive from Beccles and Bungay- we loved the foodie shops in Bungay and the on-site farm shop. It was great to pop out in the morning to grab still warm eggs from the chicken coop, and the goats and piglets kept us thoroughly amused. A really relaxing stay.」

「Perfect stay, clean and comfortable. Would return.」

「AVOID Completely unacceptable stay, serious safety issues and no hot water. READ REVIEW.Our experience with QF Living was appalling and completely unacceptable for paid holiday accommodation. From the moment we arrived, there were problems. The floors were sticky and needed cleaning, there were spiders and cobwebs around the property, a bathroom tap was loose, outside lighting was not working, a bedroom fan did not work and, by the morning we left, kitchen cabinet handles/knobs were also coming...

「A beautiful home, fabulous host and a great room. 10 mins drive to North Walsham for parkrun, 5 mins drive to the beach and a few minutes walk to a great cafe.」

「Lovely Rustic Charm, great next to the Broad, freedom to come & go -totally idyllic for me. Quiet, peaceful and commutable to local town, train station. Relaxing and would love to return. Basic but suitable cooking facilities, hot water, good shower, comfortable accommodation. 」

「Lovely accommodation and very clean and cosy, instantly felt at home. Would definitely recommend!」

「There aren't really any minus points here at all. One small one for me was my disability so the sofa area was a bit low for me but this place (and I'm always reluctant to let everyone know when I find a diamond place to stay) was otherwise perfect. Obviously big enough for a family of four as the second bedroom has bunk beds . Nice little bit of front patio and table and outside table and chairs already there for you. Used to holiday in this area as a kid and there's enough arcades with walking...

「The best little cottage I’ve stayed in in a long time very clean very nice very beautiful. Welcome pack」

「Excellent location and very good facilities inside the property. Good value for money. A very good place to stay for a short getaway. I would definitely go back again.」
