「It is very beautiful property and meticulously managed. The ground is very clean and room is very clean as well. They have housekeeping three times a day so they constantly stop by and make sure room is cleaned. Breakfast has lots of options and staffs are very friendly. I really enjoyed to stay.」

「Nice hotel. Nice rooms and pool area. Lovely Spa area but shame you have to book and pay for sauna. Normally are free but not a real issue. Gym looks good too but did not use. Very close to shops and restaurants. Staff were very helpful, polite and always at hand. The food in the restaurant and pool area and breakfast, also drinks were all tasty and well priced. Very lovely hotel and spa. would definately recommend and visit again」

「Great spot! Only one real bad thing, there was an awful sewage smell in the lobby every day. Not sure what is happening but they need to fix that. Breakfast was subpar, lots of options but I couldn’t find something that I really liked. Location was great, lots of restaurants around and not far from the main area.」

「This hotel is situated directly on the port-the epicenter of everything happening in Chania. In hindsight, we probably should have expected a lively and very loud atmosphere. This is no fault of the hotel; people are on holiday and naturally want to enjoy themselves. We visited in May, which is considered a shoulder season month, yet the noise from others in the harbor and surrounding nightlife did not settle down till after 2:00 a.m. The port also comes alive very early in the morning, with...

「We appreciated the welcome, the food and the location. The room was a bit small but the view made up for it 100%. Black out blinds would be useful since we had the road lights shining through. The location for the price was perfect.」

「So conveniently located in such a special building - we had the room with the rooftop bath/jacuzzi - views were very cool. The staff were so kind and helpful - and a special shout out to Iro in the restaurant who made our stay extra special - we can’t wait to tell people to go there. Also - so close to everything without being in the busy area - loved it!」
