"Staff were wonderful. Breakfast was excellent. Small older rooms with renovated bathrooms. We just used the rooms to sleep in and spent most of our time sightseeing. But when back we spent lots of time relaxing in the large and comfortable reception area. "

Please keep in mind, the room is small, may not be a perfect option if you will be staying for extended hours during the day. "It was a beautiful apartment in the city centre. It was a well equipped kitchen with all utilities we as a family needed. Nice furniture and the beds were comfortable. There was a TV with many channels. Clean bathroom with a shower and many fluffy towels. The service we received from the staff when we checked in was very useful. We could also park the car in the back of the hotel for a smaller payment."

"Our two teenage daughters, got to live out there princess dreams! Ask reception how to get into the tower - it’s a hike, but the view is amazing! The castle is generally a little rundown (but nothing that ruins the grandeur of this once stately home) Both our rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean! Based on reviews, we had decided not to have dinner at the castle, but there are some cute options near. We did have breakfast and it was excellent, with everything you may need to start the day with a full stomach - we took her out to sit in the gardens. There was a lovely free feeling to being able to roam the property and gardens. If you’re traveling through Fyn, I would add this as a stop (it was our daughter‘s favorite part of the trip)"
