Everything worked and was clean. The bed was comfortable and car parking was easy and free. Thank you for that! Wasn’t clear that there would be three rooms sharing the one bathroom. Unfortunately there was a smell of drains in the bathroom, the filter on the sink tap was missing (water going everywhere and had impurities). The chairs in the room and on landing had seen better days 😀 but the bed was comfy 😊

Cheap, clean and cold

The room was very cold upon arrival. It took more than 1 hour to heat up with a very slow radiator. The bathroom (shared with others) was smelly from the bathroom drain. However - this was cheap accomodation - and you get what you pay for.

Tommel op til Svendborg Rooms

Indgangen (som er fra gadesiden) var svær at spotte, men det er da også det eneste der kan sættes en finger på. Rengøringen helt i top, ikke en krumme, et hår eller et støvfnug at finde. Lækkert nyrenoveret og som de siger, et meget hyggeligere alternativ til hotel. Vi grillede i gården i stedet for at spilde pengene på restaurant 👌🍷 Lad jer ikke skræmme af jernbanen som ligger ganske tæt på, man hører den ikke, slet ikke om natten Vi var så heldige at blive opgraderet til lejligheden uden ekstra betaling, og det var jo fedt!! Men under alle omstændigheder en billig nat midt i byen, stor ros fra Midtjylland

Renlighed er en dyd..

På den etage vi boede, var der 2 andre dobbelt værelser foruden vores og vi skulle deles om bad & toilet. Godt nok, MEN hvorfor kan folk ikke aflevere rummet uden sjask vådt gulv og hår i risten?? Man kunne godt vise mere hensyn og med sans for hygiejne…

Ok ed gå " menner"

Godt værelse Ringe fællesrum, da der ikke r plads til alle familier til morgenmad. Parkering i gården iverfor var ok ellers er der gade parkering men ikke udenfor døren, hvir derxer et vejkryds og jetnbsbeoverdkæring

Her er rigtig fint. Både køkken, bad og værelse. Når jeg ikke giver fulde 5 stjerner, er det fordi trappen er meget glat og jeg faldt på den i går. Slog mig slemt på knæet. Det kunne være rart med skridsikker tape, så den er mere sikker at gå på. Hvis det sker, kommer jeg helt sikkert igen. mvh Lin Hansen

Meget central beliggenhed. Pænt værelse.

Vi havde et pænt værelse med gode senge. Værelset var dog ikke klart da vi ankom kl 16.20. Efter kontakt med udlejer blev det hurtigt klaret ! Reng på fælles badeværelse var meget dårlig.

Da vi ankom blev vi mødet af et skilt med et telefonnummer som vi skulle ringe til for at få vores værelse. Problemet var bare at telefonopkaldet ikke blev besvaret og der blev ikke ringet tilbage. Vi fandt nøgler i et skab og tog et af værelserne. Værelserne er fine med gode senge men håndvasken på badeværelset er sort af mug og der er skimmelsvamp i køkkenet. Det virker også lidt utrygt at hoveddøren bare er åben hele natten. Stedet ligger dejlig centralt og man kan gå rundt i dejlige Svendborg.

Hvad nøglen gemte på...

Jeg synes ikke det fremgik tilstrækkelig klart, at der ikke var bad og toilet på værelset. Vi var tre værelser om et toilet/badeværelse. Nøglen til at lukke toilettet/badeværelset var ikke eksisterende. Jeg kom en lørdag. En seddel forkynde, at nøglen var gået itu. Låsesmede arbejder altså også om lørdagen. Det er ikke rart at skulle sidde på et toilet, eller tage et bad, og risikere, at andre kommer ind.Man skulle tage sko og støvler af inden man gik op ad trappen, som ejeren havde valgt at male hvid. En løbet havde nok været på sin plads i stedet for en sart hvid maling. Ellers var stedet rent. Bortset fra en tilkalket håndvask.

Godt sted med god service

Vi havde brug for at tjekke ind kl 12 istedet for kl 16 som er det beskrevne tjek ind tidspunkt. Ringede til udlejer. Det var ikke noget problem. Ankommet mødte vi de sødeste og servicemindede mennesker der sørgede for at alt var klar og fint da vi kom tilbage til stedet om aftenen. Gode parkeringsforhold
