I had a great stay. Really nice rooms and very comfortable beds. I had a problem with a squeeky noice in the room, probably from the aircon. As a result I was upgraded to a big Suite (room 402), with a big rooftop terrace with beautiful views of Storebælt. The hotel is classic in design, but really well kept. And the restaurant serves excellent food.

My reception at check-in was great. A pleasant woman upgraded my room to a water view when she learned that it was my first stay at the hotel. My room was clean and spacious. The public spaces are comfortable and well laid out. I enjoyed a fresh cup of coffee in the library that was excellent. The restaurant appears to be top-notch but the price for dinner was not appropriate for my business trip. My breakfast was outstanding in terms of food quality, variety, service, and atmosphere. I will return to this hotel the next time I am on Funen.

Dette stedet er en litt sliten perle som trenger oppgradering! Men for en beliggenhet og fantastisk mat. Vi gikk for en 7 retter med den beste vinpakke som absolutt kan anbefales. Hotellet er egentligt fint nok, men værelset var meget lydt, så man kunne høre folk talte på de andre værelser og der var høj generende musik fra et naboværelse. Der trængte cigaretrøg ind på værelset, selvom det var et ikke ryger værelse. Overnatning på hotellet kan ikke anbefales, hvis man har et let sovehjerte og har en aversion overfor cigaretrøg!

Weekend ophold

Vi var meget glade for opholdet. Alt fungerede og alle steder var der pænt rent . Eneste men, var at en del unge mennesker ikke vaskede sig inden de gik i spa, swimmingpool eller sauna. Det er ret ulækkert. Jeg ved at det jo ville gøre opholdet dyrere, hvis I skulle have en fuldtidsansat i området. Men kunne I tage nogle stikprøver en gang imellem? Som beskrevet fungerede alt perfekt. Servicen var i top. Gourmet maden var fortræffelig.

Forkælelse for enhver smag

Hesselet er en sand perle af et hotel. Stemningen på stedet er rolig, venlig og ja eksklusiv på den behagelige måde. Alt fungerer perfekt og man føler sig velkommen. Vi er ikke vilde med de saloondøre, der er mellem soveværelse og toilet. Men det kan lige gå. Sæben i badeværelset har en ejendommelig lugt. Medbring egen sæbe. Restaurant og bar er helt i top. Flot morgenbuffet mit den ganzen Molevitten. Og den omgivende natur bringer Hesselet op på fem stjerner i vores bog. Bed om værelse på 1. Sal.

Meget fornøyd

Fint hotell, ligger nært stranden og i et rolig nabolag. Litt lytt mellom rommene, hørte de på naborommene prate, samt vekkerklokken deres tidlig på morgen. Frokosten var meget bra.
