「房間其中一盞燈一直在閃，由1點入住開始已向前台說了3次還沒修，最後到下午快7點再說時，他們說會修的人已下班無法處理，也沒房間可換，就整晚一直不開燈用吧...這是什麼笑話...然後自己也下班了」

「The Jan Brito is probably one of the most unique and beautiful hotels my family and I have stayed at anywhere in the world. We loved the history of the building (just watch your head on the exposed wooden beams in the room)! 「旅館距離火車站較遠，到市集廣場後還要再走五分鐘，周圍環境靜謐而優美。旅館前轉角的咖啡館Tattie’s，鬆餅非常好吃。旅館後門在運河對面有間餐館Spinola號稱 King of Mussels，名不虛傳。旅館由保存良好的老宅改建，前後花園都很美，屋內的每個曲折轉彎處也都佈置得很有品味，後門直通運河，可欣賞運河景觀的房間值得一住。老房子的樓梯走起來會有聲響，但有老電梯可用。室內都是老傢俱，但浴室已改裝現代化且屋內冷氣、wifi運作都很順暢。唯未提供浴袍、拖鞋、牙刷牙膏等個人用品，要自行攜帶。」
