Leuk kindvriendelijk hotel. Nette, verzorgde kamers. Uitgebreidt ontbijt. Er was wel enorm veel lawaai in het hotel (omliggende kamers) tot een stuk in de nacht waardoor ik geen goede nachtrust heb ervaren.

Excellent séjour à Ostende. Hôtel calme et agréable, très bon accueil. Salle d'eau propre et grande. Dommage qu'il y ait de la poussière sur le rebord de la tête de lit. Petit déjeuner à 20euros, bien trop cher pour y goûter.

The Upstairs hotel was a very stylish and fun hotel just steps from the beach. The staff was really friendly and helpful! One small point is if you do book one of the small/cheap rooms, they aren't easily accessible via the lifts. You will need to go down a couple of flights of stairs which can be tough with heavy luggage. Otherwise I highly recommend this hotel when staying in Ostend!
