Could have been better

We stayed at The West because the Rockies was booked up. Retreatria didn't fully explain to us that our room adjoined a larger condo. We could hear EVERYTHING going on next door. There was no number on our door. The West management had to help us find our room. Minimal utensils. Otherwise just fine. Great location, within walking distance to Gondola Square. We felt we were overcharged for the room. We will stay somewhere else next time.

Be warned no air conditioning!!!

Very well maintained condo complex, spiral staircase to loft & bed very narrow & boarder line dangerous. This complex does NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING as is indicated in the description. It was in the mid 80's outside & pushing 77 degrees in condo. Great for winter, not summer.

Nicely updated condo close so base

Stayed with two friends over MLK weekend. Easily could have accommodated more. Walking distance to gondola. Nicely finished kitchen with balcony.

Cozy and Modern

Had a nice mother/son "end of summer" stay at Trailhead Lodge. The studio unit was a little tight but nothing to bothersome. It was very modern, comfortable and convenient. The pool and hot tubs well kept and a big hit with the boys. I would come back most certainly!

Steamboat Springs weekend

We had a great time. The condo exceeded our expectations and was well stocked and very clean. It was like home away from home. The pool and hot tubs were very clean and well cared for. Location was PERFECT for getting everywhere. The people in the rental office were extremely attentive and friendly.

Nice condo

Nice condo with swimming pool and two hot tubs. We were wishing it would have had air conditioning. A little hot during the day, but nice and cool at night and in the morning. No hot water the next morning. They fixed it right away. Retreatia gave us the wrong keys to the wrong condo. They righted that wrong as soon as they could. All the appliances were new and everything worked great. Each bedroom had two box fans, that really helped. Our condo was on the third floor with no elevator. We all got a little more exercise than normal. Our grandson loved the spiral staircase and begged to stay in the loft.

Beautiful Mountain Resort Condo

The condo was beautiful with very nice upgrades. It was clean and comfortable. It was like being at home and was warm and inviting. The staff was wonderful, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend staying at The Rockies. The location was great. Even though we were in town for a softball tournament, downtown was very close and everything you need is near by within walking distance.
