The rooms need to be updated but the temperature inside it was horrible. Our room was 81 and the air conditioning didn’t work. We had reservations for a weekend in June and sadly cancelled them and will be staying at another hotel.

Im extremely happy and appreciative I was able to check in to my room at 11am. The concierge desk was extremely accommodating in that aspect, however, I paid extra for a room with a balcony a did not get a room with a balcony.

Staff members were not helpful at all and was over charged on my one night stay. They located me on a dog floor on level 5 and there was flea infested on that floor. When I spoke to management they said they can’t refund me or move me floors because all rooms are taken. Terrible place to be at and terrible management

I booked this because it was cheap and it was cheap for a reason. The rooms are outdated and the place needs a renovation, but it was clean. The bathtub had cracks in it, the non smoking room I got reeked of smoke, one of the bedside lamps was broken, and there was no fridge in the room. I called the front desk, but nobody answered. When I reported these issues, I was told they could send someone to bring a fridge to the room, so the fridge is on request. You get charged for parking and you get charged a resort fee. Overall, it’s usable, but not enjoyable. I’ll probably try something else next time.
