This is one of those limited staff hotels. The kind where there is no one at the front desk. You can call or text someone. But the lobby is empty. There is no one to help with luggage. The hotel was very conveniently located to the main campus at Penn State. The hotel itself was clean and had a welcoming lobby, however the room itself was lackluster.
