「The staff is absolutely friendly, helpful and attentive, I had a parcel to the Hotel while I stay and the staff helped me to follow up. Hotel location is close to bakery, restaurant and shopping mall and you can find grocery there. The hotel location is just 5 mins (max) next to famous painting on East Side Gallery. Easy to find. 「The rooms are well appointed with basic amenities, coffee, tea, cream and sugar. Shampoo and conditioner, multiple charging outlets where you need them, supplies available for restocking the kitchenette and linens. Check in and out easy and communication with staff before and during the stay was excellent through the app.」

「Not in the best location for visiting Berlin as a tourist. Also no mini fridge provided in the room. The room was nice but a bit small. Staff were very friendly and helpful though when we didn't have a phone charger, also the 24 hour front desk is nice to have. AC was also good. We had a decent stay, but best for a place to crash and didn't spend much time in our room or at the hotel.」
