「The rooms are well appointed with basic amenities, coffee, tea, cream and sugar. Shampoo and conditioner, multiple charging outlets where you need them, supplies available for restocking the kitchenette and linens. Check in and out easy and communication with staff before and during the stay was excellent through the app.」

「The staff is absolutely friendly, helpful and attentive, I had a parcel to the Hotel while I stay and the staff helped me to follow up. Hotel location is close to bakery, restaurant and shopping mall and you can find grocery there. The hotel location is just 5 mins (max) next to famous painting on East Side Gallery. Easy to find. 「Not in the best location for visiting Berlin as a tourist. Also no mini fridge provided in the room. The room was nice but a bit small. Staff were very friendly and helpful though when we didn't have a phone charger, also the 24 hour front desk is nice to have. AC was also good. We had a decent stay, but best for a place to crash and didn't spend much time in our room or at the hotel.」

「A fantastic stay with all you need for an overnight (and longer) stay in Berlin. The check-in process was smooth and upon request on the day, the host let us check-in early, which was fantastic. An excellent location with public transport and grocery stores nearby. Highly recommend that you visit the Boxhagener Platz area for dinner, drinks or a nice stroll.」

It was a great surprise that Numa left the fridge stocked for my birthday - it is greatly appreciated! The only thing I can think of for 'improvements' would maybe be an oven and the TV to work better with the blue tooth casting as it did not work with anyone's phone - kept breaking up every 5-10 minutes.
