「Very close to Plaza de España and Palacio Real de Madrid. Washing machine and drier cost 10 Euro but only one is available from 9am to 11pm. I kept waiting the washing machine till 4am. I though the receptionist said it is 24hr, but it is not according to the receptionist at night.」

「Liked the location close to metro.. room was comfortable if small. Didn't like the lack of reception staff on site and found the lockers for storing luggage frustrating.」

「The cleaning ladies are very diligent and caring to visitors. The only thing I really don’t like is that when I arrive in the morning after long flight and will stay for 4 days they say the early check in will charge euro 49. I thought it’s fair and then I decline it. However when I checked out I saw a same situation and the desk voluntarily ask the customers to come back in an hour and the room will be ready in the morning. It’s differing treatment which makes me feel unfairly treated 」

「propre, bien situé près des métros, tranquille.」

「Good option in the Pozuelo area but limited amenities and service hours.」

「It is an inexpensive apartment and quite comfortable for the price. The only drawback was a cockroach infestation.」

「No hair dryer and bottle of water. The toilet is very narrow and small. But the bteakfast is ok!」

「The place was in a great neighborhood. Clean and organized! Very practical!」
