"First impression matters. This hotel’s staff welcomed us warmly and gave us the best tips on how to maximize our stay in Lucerne. The daily breakfast had a good selection, and there was unlimited access to hot water and coffee which was perfect! We also came at a time when they were celebrating the carnival which made our stay even more memorable. Thank you! One more thing, this hotel is centrally located - about 4-5 mins walk from the train station, and is close to everything!"

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful, we stayed for one night and were able to leave our luggage on our arrival day and departure day which gave us 2 full luggage free days to explore. On dropping off our cases were were given a city pass which allowed us to use public transport around the city free of charge. It is 2 stops (6 mins) from the city on the train and so easy to get back and forth with trains running well into the night. It is also a short bus ride from pilatus gondola which we experienced and is well worth a visit. The room itself was well equipped with a kettle which is always a bonus, the bed was comfortable and the room was plenty big enough for us and our luggage. Everywhere was clean and the shower worked well. Breakfast had ample choice all set out nicely with plenty of seating. I would love to go back to Luzern as it is a lovely town and I will definitely stay in this hotel it was also good value for money."

"The view is paradisiacal. It’s easy to get there from Zurich, with just one bus. The hotel is somewhat old, but very charming."

"Everything was amazing! The food was delicious I never had a meal that wasn’t short of excellent. The hotel was clean, beautiful and relaxing with all the fire places. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. Every one was friendly but the Chef who makes the best omelette was so spot. The head manager Natelie was super friendly and accommodated my every need. Selma salhi Was one of the best servers I ever had. This place is truly a 10 out 10. I’ll be back next Winter with my family! "

"Staff was extremely helpful, the person who checked us in went above and beyond. He helped us with finding the right Trains, and times to leave to make the most of our day at Mt Titlis. We didn't have the right electrical wall adapter for our room and he lent us one at no cost. The place is clean, conveniently right neside the trainstation. Great stay!"
