"Got to front desk and check-in to Room 3. Got key card and went to our room but was still being occupied by somebody there. Went back to front desk and was told it wasn't ready and to come back later. We went back at 5pm and room 3 was still being occupied so we finally got assigned to room 11 on the 3rd floor with no river view. Both bed were spring board and squeaks every time you turns. Bathroom door hinge was broken so door wouldn't close and bathroom fan was extremely loud in room 11. Would not recommend or will come back again in the future."

"The room was clean and the location was perfect. We had no issues with our room. The room was located on the bottom so you could hear the guests running around above. But overall, good size room. Warm and clean"

"Terrible customer service. Check-in at the hotel is until 10 pm, but if you need to check in later, you need to call and let them know and pay about $28. The administrator called me at 9:30 pm, I couldn't answer right away, and they left a voicemail for me to call back. I called back at 9:35 (there is call confirmation). No one answered. I called many times. I also tried through customer service. I arrived at the hotel around 10:30 pm, but no one was there and no one answered. I do not recommend it to anyone"
