The food in the bar was very tasty. The staff were very friendly and the service was good. The bed was reasonably comfortable and everything was clean. Only problem we had was the air conditioner was deafeningly loud.

Daniel (front desk manager) and Maria were unfailingly helpful no matter how trivial the question, and that set the tone for my five-day visit. DANIEL WAS AMAZING 10/10. He recommended some ideas I can do for a quick easy dinner. He answered all 300 of my questions. He was very helpful with the parking and during my checkout/re-checking in. AND I loved that he pronounced my name correctly on the first try when nobody can. He was an amazing help and I wish the pool was open. That’s it, that’s all. THANK YOU FOR THE STAY.

Old hotel. For example carpet in the corridor has bumps. The first day the shower was tepid but the problem was fixed on the second day. The toilet paper is the super thin kind that you need to fold 20 times and still falls apart. There is no espresso machine in lobby and I consider that a minimum amenity. I had a chocolate cake slice from the bar, one of the worst I ever had. Location is good, 15mins walk to the train station. Personnel was nice and friendly.

The pillows were awful and I thought it was strange in the middle of winter there was no comforter, not even a blanket in the closet. It was in a great location, only stayed the night.

I had to change rooms right away due to room conditions that did not inspire confidence in cleanliness. Flickering bathroom light, 8+ tears in wallpaper, bedside electric plug was filthy. New room was far better, but one trash wasn't empty and the overall experience was just jarring, and I am not usually that picky on this sort of thing. My standards are reasonably low. Staff was very nice. They have food for purchase and are close to some decent restaurants if you want delivery.
