"Hotel very small. Rooms small trash cans small, parking lot small. It was well maintained and visibly clean. Parking lot super super small. Parking lot shared with Laundromat. Parking very limited. Drive way in and out super super super small. Bumpers on poles to prevent damage to vehicle as you enter the lot. Hotel is a ok place to sleep and shower. Parking lot had cameras. Not sure if they worked. I did see cameras. That made me feel better leaving the fully insured rental car."
"It is a traditional hotel, looks like the hotels from 20 years ago, maintained good, but showed its age. It is clean, but you know something is hidden in the carpet. Good for one night stay, but you would not trust your kids to run around the room with bare feet."
"The staff and shuttle service were the real mvps during this stay. The shuttle service from LGA was convenient, brisk and timely with friendly and cautious drivers. The staff overall were attentive and sought ways to enhance the experience. Specially, Andrew went above and beyond his primary duties ensuring that our stay was memorable. Do not miss out on the rooftop bar with stunning vistas of the NYC skyline. We will definitely stay here again in the future!!"
"Breakfast was supposed to be provided at 7am on Saturday and Sunday. The staff did not show up so I never had the meal that was supposed to be provided. This was supposed to be included in the price of the stay. There was only one room key given I was told that we would get another one the following morning, they did not replenished the stock. My coffee maker still had a k-cup left in the machine from the previous traveler so how clean are the rooms?"
"We got a poolside view and were excited to use the pool but it was closed the entire time, as well as the cafe. we had staff knocking on our door at 9am reminding us that check out was at 11am, never felt that rushed at a hotel. The one night stay price was extremely inflated for a place who’s amenities offered were out of order/not available. At check in, we were only given key cards and not given wifi passwords or any welcome packet. We were extremely disappointed."
