Omni Charlotte Hotel
I enjoyed the room & the hotel itself. The only bad thing was that it took over an hour to get my car back from the valet. We also had a later checkout time so it’s not like everyone was leaving at the same time. No explanations were given as to why it took so long

No warm water. We arrived at 11pm and were told that due to burst pipes there was only cold water. It can happen but why is the hotel not informing arriving guests beforehand? This happened days ago.
