「Great value hotel, very clean and great location to restaurants and Branson.」

「It was mostly clean and functional but our shower could only shower, not switch to tub fill. We had 1 bar of soap to wash hands and bodies no shampoo or other toiletries. The breakfast was the stingiest cheapest junky crap I have ever seen, after inquiring the night before that there would be fruit, there were only empty bowls at 8:20 for a 9:00 end. White bread, junk cereal, no yogurt, I drank the coffee and left. As a gluten free individual my only option was unrefrigerated boiled eggs that...

「The first room smelled like cat/dog urine. It was disgusting. They gladly moved us to the next room over which smelled fine and looked clean. When we were leaving to go to dinner we found our door could not be locked. Room 3 was disgusting. Room 4 smelled somewhat better, but not great. The light in the bathroom did not work but the desk clerk was able to fix, We had no choice but to stay as we would have lost our money. This hotel needs serious updating and cleaning! Would not stay here again!」

「You get what you pay for, so my bad, for going the cheap route. But I had to wipe feces off the toilet seat! The refrigerator interior was clean but the exterior was just horrible. The bed had pretty flimsy sheets on it but the 3 pillows were fine. The mattress was passable but the spring support was like sleeping on a pull sofa bed. If you stay, I would recommend the top floor as a precaution. I was on the second floor and was kept up by stomping feet on the floor above for the longest time....

「Perfect stay. I've stayed at the Battlefield Inn many times, and will stay again in the future when in Springfield. Restaurants, conveniences stores, and a nice library are all very close by within walking distance. And it's located on the bus line for those who aren't driving and don't want to spend on Uber/Lyft/taxis when going out. Good budget motel.」

「First off, the staff was wonderful. Parking was easy. Location was terrific. As for the room...the refrigerator made a noise and the sink was not convenient.」

「Great location, friendly and professional stuff. Good breakfast, more than we expected. Biscuits /gravy/ eggs /fruit/ceralls and drinks . We were pleased with bed . Very comfortable, unusual for hotels . Big plus」

Breakfast had plenty of options, and the gym was well maintained. The team mentioned that the pool is almost ready, and we’re looking forward to using it on our next visit.
