「Our room had a bad odor when we got there. The side door was broken with no lock for security. My hair dryer would over heat after only a few seconds. The pool water seemed unkept. Overall the rest of the hotel seems decently clean and a nice breakfast provided. Not sure it was worth the high cost though.」

「It was mostly clean and functional but our shower could only shower, not switch to tub fill. We had 1 bar of soap to wash hands and bodies no shampoo or other toiletries. The breakfast was the stingiest cheapest junky crap I have ever seen, after inquiring the night before that there would be fruit, there were only empty bowls at 8:20 for a 9:00 end. White bread, junk cereal, no yogurt, I drank the coffee and left. As a gluten free individual my only option was unrefrigerated boiled eggs that...

「The desk clerk had not received notification of our booking. He was hard to hear, due to the Covid-era glass between us, his gravelly voice, and the fact that the TV volume was too loud in the lobby. The deadbolt on our room door had not been retracted, so the door wasn't really closed when we got there. The room itself was just passable. Breakfast was virtually non-existent: a pot of coffee and a few packets of instant oatmeal. Would not recommend.」

「The room was definitely clean. It had a very strong bleach smell. Like ot had just had a terminal clean done. One of the worst hotels I have stayed in around the Springfield, MO area. No ice machine, the room did not have an iron, ironing board or hair dryer. No breakfast or any snacks to purchase. There was not any front desk staff on site from 10pm until 10 am.」

「You get what you pay for, so my bad, for going the cheap route. But I had to wipe feces off the toilet seat! The refrigerator interior was clean but the exterior was just horrible. The bed had pretty flimsy sheets on it but the 3 pillows were fine. The mattress was passable but the spring support was like sleeping on a pull sofa bed. If you stay, I would recommend the top floor as a precaution. I was on the second floor and was kept up by stomping feet on the floor above for the longest time....

「The property was old and run down but the room was clean and well stocked, and the bed was very comfortable.」

「Always a great stay in Springfield! Easy on/off from the highway with many eating and fueling options available. Ample parking too.」

「Room wasn’t very clean, no cleaning during my stay due to staff shortages. Wide gap under the door makes it hard to maintain the room temp you want as well as hearing everything going on in the hallway.」
