「The amenities listed on the Expedia app were inaccurate. I booked this hotel specifically for its convenience and because it advertised a pool. However, upon check-in, the front desk informed me that the pool was not in working order. The pool was fully drained and under construction/maintenance.. meaning they were aware of this ongoing project for quite some time. This was extremely disappointing and was false advertising.

「Dirty sheets, beds were uncomfortable and there was a hole directly under the sink that my dog could fit through and she’s a big pitbull. Water pressure was nonexistent and the water knob was completely broken off sitting on the side of the tub.」
