"We had a wonderful time at the Drury Hotel and Suites. Originally I selected the suite with the king size bed. When we arrived in our room, it wasn't the suite. We called the front desk to report the issue. The front desk customer service manager immediately put us in the suite with no issues. She even brought the key up to us so we didn't have to go to the front office. I am so sorry that I didn't catch her name but she was a pretty Caucasian woman with beautiful white hair. We told her that it was our 35th wedding anniversary and she wanted to make sure that we had a nice stay there. Not to mention the delicious food and complimentary drinks at the 5:30 round up made it even better! They have remolded the hotel and it is beautiful. They have a new restaurant/bar as well. We'll definitely stay there again!"
