The temperature/heating is centrally managed by front desk staff - very warm initially with request made to turn the temperature down and also could open the door out to patio...

「Lady at restaurant (breakfast) was rude, not qualified for service industry. Although the guy at front desk while check-in was smiling, it was quite obvious that he was not willing to stay there. Apart from the above, hotel itself was good and it's 5 minutes away from the airport. Good value to stay.」
