「I booked a lower level desk style room for my son and booked a duplex (or loft-style) room for my daughter and me by the exactly picture in the booking Expedia. Unfortunately, no one room is same . All the normal room. How disappointed they are and me!」

「There was a suite flat above a restaurant, and the smell of food could be felt throughout the unit and was annoying. During the day, the suite was like a steam sauna because it was all windows and above the roof. Despite two small air conditioners and a fan, it was unbearable. However, the view from the room was incredibly beautiful and tempting. There was no shampoo and the unit was full of insects coming from the lake because there was no fan and you had to keep the window open all the time....

「離機場跟蘇黎世市區近，早餐很好吃，提供免費水樓下還有免費氣泡水、咖啡茶飲Bar，隔音好，空間大，而且可以暫留行李直到傍晚取，孩童親善，雖然房務人員在清潔房間時，發生打破玻璃水瓶可是碎片沒被清理乾淨的問題，但反應後飯店人員立即協助換房安排與善後處理，我還是很滿意住宿的品質，期待下次還能再入住」
