飯店就在湖邊非常漂亮，很悠閒，ㄧ開始以為沒有早餐，後來check in的時候跟我說有，還跟我說幾點下來吃，真是很意外，不知道是送我的還是我訂房真的有含，房間也夠大，對於蘇黎世的消費，這房價真的不貴還有美美的湖可看，早餐也超好吃的，CP值很高。

Das Zimmer war sauber, im Badezimmer ( Duschzubehör) nagt bissi der Zahn der Zeit, sorry. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Der Fernseher ging nicht ohne Senderzulauf, der nette Herr vom Empfang versuchte sein Bestes…2 deutsche Sender gingen danach…das wäre ausbaufähig. Das Frühstück war gut. Meine Dackeline war kein Problem. Ich würde wieder buchen, weil es sehr unkompliziert ablief!

I had a bad experience on the morning to see that they were not hot water to wash mayself. When I say that to the person ( he handles the breakfast ) he said that he couldn't do anything. he did not propose other solution, ( other functionnal room available, a gesture on the bill...) considering the price I paid,it is not reasonnable. except that, the lunch was quite good, and the 2 waters were very nice.Too bad...

Das Hotel ist wunderschön am See gelegen. Parkplätze sind wenige Meter entfernt vorhanden. Unser Zimmer war ok. Ein etwas älteres Mobiliar und es hätte etwas sauberer sein können (z.b. Staub an der Heizung, kleinere Flecken an der Bettwäsche). Wir haben uns aber trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt und es ist ein guter Startpunkt um Zürich zu erkunden. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem würden wir es wieder buchen.

Not 3-Star

The images reflect a rosier picture than reality. We booked for 4 nights but left after 3. Overall we were disappointed in this venue. The location is excellent for the view and reasonable access to Zurich, but it is an old hotel so there are limitations and the facilities and the service were subpar. On the plus side, the food was good in the restaurant and the service spotty, but on the whole the staff's attitude and demeanor ranged between indifference to ineptitude with an occasional rudeness. There was not just a little mold in the bathroom, a shower that dripped from a 6' height every 4 seconds for the entire time keeping us awake, a hot stuffy room and requests for remediation as well as additional pillows went ignored and we were just made to feel as if we were being too fussy. Great to visit for dinner with a view, but otherwise I wouldn't recommend this venue for anything more than an overnight stay driven by convenience.

One day business trip to Zurich

This was my first time with you and I must say that the service is excellent and the staff very friendly !: my key was ready in an envelope as promised (late check in), all the instructions were clear and correct and the breakfast and check out perfect. My only regret is that my room didn't have bathroom: this was very upsetting when I arrived, around midnight. I checked again in my booking and I didn't find that important information. Hopefully I managed to find the common bathroom across my room.

The staff were very helpful. Eating on the patio overlooking the Lake of Zurich was fantastic. I had a fantastic dinner with wine made across the street, fish (perch) caught that morning, and great fresh gazpacho. The downside? I had a room on the top floor,?in the eaves. I bumped my head several times. It was also three flights of steps (I’m 74). The window was street side, with traffic noise and a fan for the heat. No elevator. Maybe getting a ‘good deal’ on Expedia wasn’t such a good deal.

Bel hôtel qui demande à être rénové. Vue lac un peu bruyante car juste au dessus du restaurant. Personnel agréable et accueillant. Ménage intermédiaire plutôt moyen, on nous remet des tasses propres sans remettre du café.. il est interdit de fumer dans la chambre sous peine de forte amende, le client de la chambre d'en face ne s'est pas gêné et nous en avons bien profité... Petit déjeuner succinct. Nous avons apprécié malgré tout notre séjour mais sommes bien conscients que nous avons payé le prix fort de la Suisse sans la qualité attendue pour nous français
