It is simple but very clean and with all the essentials, including air conditioning (a must in the summer). It also offers free parking on site, a luxury in the centre of Verona. 「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「The facility is super nice and clean and infrastructure is five stars rated. It locates 15mins walk distance from the central train station. To get to the address you have to get directions from the owner since GPS takes you to another spot, very annoying. The owner won’t reply to my text messages but only through Expedia App.There are restaurant near 15 minutes walking distance but one has to across few busy intersections. 」
