The property was very nice, we had everything we needed. We appreciated that there were restaurants available if we didn’t choose to drive anywhere. The beach was beautiful and it was so convenient that there were lounge chairs available on the beach.

Really loved staying here. The beach was so close and even though it was the “seaweed” time of the year, the beach was beautiful and still usable. We were able to meet some neighbors at the pizza place next to the property who were very friendly. The size of the unit was more than enough for the two of us and was well stocked with snorkeling gear, sun screen, and bug spray(very useful if you’re out at night). We would love to stay here any time we visit St. Thomas!

Amazing Place to Stay

This condo was amazing. Great location, direct beach access, and extremely clean. Tons of parking and the restaurant/ bar on property was the place to be. This condominium fit all of my families needs and more.

The only issue we had was communication between Expedia and the owner of the unit. It was as described, has all the amenities you need and more. Property has amazing beach access with bar and restaurants on site.

I grew up on st Thomas and love a return trip home. This condo was beautiful and the price was right. The property manager Norma was fantastic and saved us from having any major issues. The one hiccup worth mentioning is that I was told by the owner that there would be a laundry card with money on it so I could do laundry while on the trip and I packed my family of 5 accordingly. I was disappointed to find this wasn’t the case and spent some money doing laundry. I would just plan accordingly for that next time. Otherwise it’s a lovely condo and suited my family’s needs very well.

This place was close to all the amenities and was a comfortable beach side bungalow for grampa to entertain his grandsons and his kids. Cool place. A kitchen to take care of family needs and a step away from beachside bar. The unit itself great for 5 and has 2 nice bathrooms. We had access to snorkeling equipment, beach towels, beach chairs and a great sandy beach.

We came down for2 weeks right before the chaos of. coronavirus started. It was nice to get away fro the mainland chaos and have a beautiful beach. But then things changed. They terminated Diana, a worker of 22 years, the friendly beach chair, security, and information person while leaving nonessential groundskeepers without seniority. We preferred not to use maid service so cleaned the place ourselves. On the second night there we were afraid because there was a large mans shadow at our door. We yelled and he went away and we called security who found it was a new worker trying to find his condo. Norma was helpful and eased our fears. The electric was unreliable as was the water situation but thats st. Thomas we know. We washed out our clothes ourselves because by that time, social distancing was in place and we had brought detergent and an indoor clothesline. We used hot eater and the first week a neighbor reported us for running water when all we had done was eashed our clothes in the bathtub. Imagine coming back from the beach and finding a maintainance guy sitting in your bathroom for no reason. The place was ok, the people were usually fine, but during a time of chaos nationally, they gave a lot of misinformation to tourists to make us so nervous not to even leave the compound. We usually island hop, go to other beaches, do something fun. But we just enjoyed the beach and did some art and read which is better than shovelling snow. The 3 hr wait in the airp
