「Elevator was not working the entire four days I stayed here had to walk down dark steps every day and night. 」

「Very relaxing and peaceful property. The room was very comfortable and secure. The veranda that overlook the bay/harbour was the ideal spot to wake early in the morning and get work done. The sounds of the water gently approaching the shore was very soothing. Staff was very friendly and work to keep the areas around the property clean. 」

「Unfortunately, the beach was unusable due to the amount of seaweed. We recognize that this is not the property’s fault and they rectified the problem by transferring us to their sister hotel for the day (Mango Bay) which was absolutely beautiful. We are thrilled that we were able to enjoy some beach time during our stay. Weather was perfect - would come back again!」

「This was my first stay in the WI and I enjoyed it. Moving on a resort in Antigua made me appreciate the Rostrevor was a little shabby and is need of upgrade. But the staff are lovely and will help in anyway they can. It is not a hotel for a romantic getaway but works as a nice base. The hotel has a beach the size of a handkerchief and I walked a few minutes to Dover beach. I enjoyed my time here but didn’t appreciate it’s limits until I stayed at another hotel.」

「The staff was friendly, and the size of the resort was small so there were never any lines or a lot of people around. We could always get a chair by the pool or beach when we wanted one. There was only one bar (pool bar) and the dining was extremely limited for dinner. There was the main dinner buffet which the food was not very good, and then we could make a dinner reservation at their second floor dining rooma nd ordered ala carte one night. The food there was pretty good. Breakfast buffet...

「I like the convenience of the location of the hotel, the Plumbing needs to be documented by the Maids, therefore problems could be addressed before rooms are assigned to travellers. Light fixtures need cleanings, swarm of light yellow bugs crawling thru gap between the doors ultimately finding their way all over the kitchen counter is scary and unexceptable. I love Dover beach hotel, been a customer over 10 years.」
