「I had a lovely stay at this conveniently located hotel. The room was well-equipped with a kitchen and all the necessary utensils, which I greatly appreciated. I particularly liked the design; the sofa seamlessly connects to the bed, creating an interesting and functional layout. However, there were a couple of aspects that could be improved. 「The hotel is modest, but beautifully updated and very clean. Our room had a kitchen, laundry facilities, and a very nice bathroom. The bedroom was small, but I’ve seen much smaller in Central London for double the price. Staff were very kind and allowed us to store our luggage for a few hours after checkout so we could do a bit more sightseeing before our flight.」

「Please stay away from this "Hotel". They ask for more money after you pay for your booking, they do not answer their phone(s), the check-in process is ridiculous, the "Hotel" is not sign-posted, advertised or visible in any way from the main road and the whole experience was a mess. They left me and my Partner stranded in London without a place to stay and kept hanging up the phone on me. It should be illegal to run a business like this "business" is ran...」

「Staff at the hotel were exceptionally helpful. The room was very clean and well equipped for self catering- although we did not need this. Location is great for Crouch End and also convenient to access central London. 」
