「The desk attendant was very nice and helpful. They were very welcoming and personable. Our suite was very clean and the views were incredible! I was a little disappointed that the shower water didn’t get very hot and that the hot tub was not very hot either. Aside from those two things it was a great experience!」

「Really cozy rooms with ornate, historic details. Loved the light continental pastries and local coffee in the morning as well as the sauna late at night after a long day. Kirsten made us feel welcomed despite a double booking upgraded our stay and gave us a bottle of Prosecco to ring in the New Year with. Will definitely be back soon! Thank you to everyone who works on keeping this charming historic home running! 」

「Our plane was late so we did not get in until 10 PM. The staff was very friendly, the room clean with the full kitchen for us if we had stayed longer. But it was great to be able to walk across the street and get a delicious meal at a pub that stayed open until 2 AM. It will definitely be the place we go to stay when we have late night flights to Duluth. It's right in Canal Park.」
