「Okay. I really expected better. The air would not get cold and the unit was very loud. Just made it really hard to get comfortable and sleep. The mattress was so old and the pillows were terrible. 「when I went to check in, they stated they had a glitch and lost my reservation. After about 15 minutes of arguing, a person (possibly a manager) some how found a room for us. We had to come back an hour and 20 minutes later to finally get the room. Beleive me, it didnt match the website at all, and also no amenities, like no free breakfast, in fact no food at all, only coffee in the lobby. No coffee maker in the room, a wall a/c unit that never cooled the room, an old tub/shower in the bathroom,...

「I called ahead specifically to ask if they had a hot tub (not just a jetted tub) and was told yes. When we arrived, it turned out to be a single-seat jetted bathtub, not an actual hot tub. It also had an unpleasant smell. We chose not to stay and walked out, but were still charged for the full night. Very disappointing experience and not what was represented over the phone. I would not recommend.」

「The property is very close to the interstate. The refrigerator is much bigger than your typical motel has. The room appeared clean but had a musty odor. There was a hole in the bathroom wall where the door handle had hit it a lot. The tv had no remote. The staff brought a couple to the room but were not the correct ones. I wasn’t watching much tv so I worked around it. The staff was friendly but didn’t always understand what I was telling them or asking about.」
