「We had a wonderful stay at the Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa! We were traveling with our family of five on our way to Panama City Beach and needed a comfortable place to stop for the night. 「I called ahead specifically to ask if they had a hot tub (not just a jetted tub) and was told yes. When we arrived, it turned out to be a single-seat jetted bathtub, not an actual hot tub. It also had an unpleasant smell. We chose not to stay and walked out, but were still charged for the full night. Very disappointing experience and not what was represented over the phone. I would not recommend.」
