「Room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a wide variety of hot and cold food choices.
Loved the view of Lake Michigan and Mackinaw Bridge from our room. window」

「Evening check in person seemed annoyed she had to get off her phone to check us in, she was rude, we could definitely tell she didn't want to be there and that we were an inconvenience to her. Player's club staff also acted inconvenienced to assist us. No one seemed happy to be there. Room hallways were under remodel with wet paint signs and long nails sticking out of trim. Hotel definitely needs some updating.」
