"Checked in and soon as u walked in the room, the floor was extremely sticky .. in the bed looked like someone had been in it and on the blanket had a huge stain on it and also on the sheets .. went to the front desk and the person wanted to inspect the room after the complaint of the dirty room made , gave another room …. Supposedly the “king” suite … and it was just as dirty, the bed wasn’t made, the refrigerator had old food in it , and the towels and wash cloths were used … ended up NOT staying and asked for a refund !!"

"Non-smoking room made my nose Feel funny. It’s unfathomable To me that it is getting ratings in the high 7s. It’s cheap, the sheets are clean, but it is dumpy. I would not stay there again. I feel let down by Hotels.com."

"Room was clean and pretty big for the price as it came with like a little living area. Staff was super nice. Parking was easy. Seemed like a safe area although we didn’t go out and about. Traveled with myself (woman and 3 kids) and I didn’t feel unsafe. Breakfast could have more variety but it did come with a hot breakfast. "

"The room that my family and I stayed in was NOT REPRESENTATIVE of the photos AT ALL. The furniture was very old and worn, probably original from the 70s. The TV did not work at all nor did the phone. They supplied the fixings to make coffee but there was no coffee maker in the room. The stained towels and the walls were paper thin. The room seemed like something you’d rent by the hour. If there are rooms at this motel that look anything like the photos then I’m sure our stay would have been more pleasant. But our room was definitely old and pretty disgusting. It did appear to have a new HVAC unit which worked well and helped a little to drown out the noise from people talking in the rooms around us. I would encourage anyone looking to skip this place, maybe even travel to Baton Rouge. I promise it would be worth the drive."

"Our room had no smoke detector. The bed covers had cigarette burns on it. The sheets had stains on them. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. The towel rack was rusty. A room on the 3rd floor was boarded up! Very sketchy hotel."
