"I was SO impressed by the professionalism of the staff at the Hilton and Conference Center Port of Spain, Trinidad. I have experienced competent hotel staff on many hotel stays; however, the stellar Front Desk staff, specifically Stefan and Quassie, were so impactful and helpful and assured that my time there was most pleasant. "The room itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The AC worked extremely well—almost too well at times—and was a bit difficult to adjust. The bathroom was overall very clean, although there were a few visible spots in the shower wall grout. What really stood out was the staff, who were all incredibly helpful, friendly, and pleasant throughout the stay. The property is also within walking distance of Savannah, which made the location very convenient. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this property. The facilities felt updated and well maintained, though the gym could benefit from a few more pieces of equipment, such as resistance bands and lighter dumbbells."
