The staff were incredibly friendly, special thanks to Sana, Uza, and Marry for making my stay as enjoyable as I hoped. 「I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was extremely dirty upon arrival. The sheets had visible yellow stains, the floor had not been properly cleaned, and there was a strong cigarette smell throughout the room. The kitchen was also not functional — the stove wasn’t even connected, which was very inconvenient and misleading. The only positives were the great view and the convenient parking. The receptionist was unfriendly so I wouldn't go back there. Very disappointed by the whole experience. Smugglers Cove is super clean with friendly staff. 」

「The owner cancelled on us half an hour before check in with a Story about the place needing to be cleaned up from a party the night before. I rang him about 1 hour before check in and he struggled to find my booking then cancels soon after leaving us high and dry. I even booked 6 months in advance. I would not recommend booking here as the owner cannot be trusted hence all his one star reviews. Plus the area is dirty and unsafe but it is next to the airport which is it's only good feature and...
