"What a gem of a Property - absolutely perfect We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly return again. You do need a car to be able to get out and about and explore the lovely area, we managed to get to Truro (Healeys Cider Farm)/Perranporth, Boscastle and Instow (perfect for our dogs, who enjoyed the run on the beach) and all within about an hour away and then you come back to a very comfortable property, at the end of your day to relax and unwind. "I thought the rooms were amazing for the price, the AC was a god send and the pressure in the shower was great. I was extremely happy with the rooms and would gladly visit again. The course was amazing, really well kept and the staff were really polite and friendly. The only gripe that we had is that the time waiting to order and for the food to come wasn’t very good. We ate at Trethorne all three nights and it was the same every night. We even had to approach the bar to order our food on the second night. Larger tables were asked if their food was ok 2 or 3 times but we barely got a look from the waiter/waitresses."
