「I would never stay at this hotel again. The room was dirty from the moment we walked in, and it was obvious that cleanliness was not a priority. To make matters worse, there was a gas leak that the hotel appeared to be aware of but failed to properly address or disclose to guests. That was completely unacceptable and made us feel unsafe throughout our stay. The staff was also incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. I asked for luggage cart and told me to look on all the floors first a luggage cart. I said thanks for helping the handicapped. There never was a luggage cart. Absolutely rude」

「Room appeared to be clean as first glance. After I turned on the lights and opened the shade I noticed the carpet lacked vacuuming, bathroom floor was dusty. I noticed a chocolate chip and something else under the coffee table. There were French fries between the bed and night stand. The desk and tv area had a layer of dust. Overall the room needed a good cleaning. The trays that held the coffee packs was dirty with crumbs and dust. Either the room wasn’t used for quite a while or the people...

「This motel is tucked away and a bit hard to find down what looks like an alley. It is in a good location with a number of places to eat and shop close by. My room wasn't serviced even once during my stay; they kept coming at 9:00 a.m., and I wasn't out of the room yet. It wasn't too bad. The breakfast was very good; the microwave and fridge worked fine.」

「Room was musty and smelled damp. Towels and other bath line were inconsistent. One towel was thread bare and the bath mat had spots wore thru. Breakfast was not edible. I was the first one in at 6am. Eggs were way overcooked and very chewey. Coffee was luke warm and tasted like it was watered down」
