「Even though it's a pet friendly hotel, it was so very clean! We couldn't tell they were pets there at all. And they didn't use lots of heavy scents to cover up pet smells, they obviously just cleaned very well. So so thankful!」

「I booked the hotel because they offered free airport shuttle. I called the hotel to dispatch the shuttle, they asked me when I scheduled it and I told them I didn't and they said that I had to schedule it the day before I arrived. I've never had this happen before. I ended up having to pay a $20.00 cab fare. I won't be using this hotel in the future.」

「Overall, our stay was good, but I’m giving it three stars due to the noise. Our floor was loud around 11:00 p.m., with people laughing and yelling, and there was also banging and lots of running from the room above us, as well as noise from outside the hotel. A nearby venue appeared to be playing music earlier in the evening, and while I can’t say for certain, the combined noise made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. 「The blackout curtains were basically useless. We stayed in one of the Explorer Suites and there was a big gap between windows. They really didn't do anything. We loved the property, location is wonderful, property is fantastic!」
