「Being less than 10 mins walk from the train station, Martha’s b&b was perfect for what I needed. The house is set in a quiet road, near to eating places and less than 15 mins walk to the shops. The bed was very comfy, breakfast plentiful, and parking easy. Martha herself is kind, understanding and generous - allowing me to keep my suitcase in the house for the day whilst I explored nearby Warwick. Would definitely stay here again if I found myself back in Leamington Spa. Top tip: if you go...

「It was an okay stay. Location was convenient and I liked the idea of pub+hotel - easy for dining and drinking isn't it? However, the hotel rooms honestly need a bit of refurbishing and improvement on cleaniness. Shower faciltiies were a bit old and didn't function quite properly and stains were everywhere to be seen. But other than that price is okay.」

「I had a really lovely stay at Victoria Park Lodge; my room was very clean and had all the conveniences you would expect in a hotel such as shower gel, soap, tea, coffee, comfortable bed etc. The staff were really friendly, helpful and efficient, nothing was too much trouble! The food for breakfast was delicious. The hotel is within ten minutes walk of Leamington town centre so it's very convenient and it was easy to park at the hotel. I would highly recommend this lovely, friendly hotel!!」
