"This was a great place spend a couple of days in Spokane. The Room itself was clean and comfortable. We had a view of the Pool area and faced the river valley. Did not use the pool as it was pretty busy. Could have done without the loud DJ playing since he was set up a few floors underneath our window, but we weren't in the room much anyways. DT area and River Valley is walkable no need for a vehicle since there is nature, shopping and dining just a 10-15 min walk"

"This hotel is one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. The online reservation was seamless and easy to complete. The check in was fast, and the staff was courteous. The rooms were clean, quiet, spacious, and the beds were one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept on. The buffet breakfast had everything you could want, and everything was hot and fresh. But all of these things weren’t even the best part about this hotel. The best thing about this hotel is that it is PET FRIENDLY! My dog was welcomed and the pet area was great. Lots of space to walk. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there when we travel. Having a great nights sleep made our trip so much better !"

"The the property was very rundown. There was a huge stain on the ceiling in our shower. The mattresses were terrible. There was barely any linen on our beds and no extra blankets. There are people who live at this hotel. Sunday morning the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate because there was a fire. We missed our event because of the fire.It was a horrible stay. I will never stay at a motel six again. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had."

"The room was fairly clean. The place needs an upgrade. The blankets between the two white sheets were filthy. I saw brown stains on those blankets, sheets, and pillowcases. The pillowcase had speckled brown spots on it after close examination. The blankets had smeared light brown spots on the edges after pulling the white sheets apart to examine the blankets. The laundry room needs new washers and dryers. Some of those items were broken, and it needed to be replaced, along with the place being dirty and appearing to be in use with hotel washing too. The hotel might need some security staff members indoors to protect the customers while staying on the property. The staff members were slightly rude and/or appeared to be trying to joke about me being there. The staff members wouldn't allow me to do early check-in. There appeared to be a lot of housekeepers doing their jobs and cleaning where they might have started cleaning around 6AM-8AM, but none of the rooms were ready before 1:00 pm? Strange. I only wanted one bed and a kitchen. The room was about 100 dollars a night. That is all I could afford. I stayed an extra night because I didn't really want to go back to my current situation with these losers. I can't seem to get a job. I was trying to escape a problem that had been bothering me in a place where I live now. I think they followed me out to that place."
