"Greeted with a warm welcome, staff were all friendly, the lounge area is comfy and cosy, great to enjoy a drink. The rooms were clean and spacious too, great value for money. Location is also fab, right opposite the shopping center and a two minute stroll from the Christmas markets!"

"Excellent overnight stay. Staff friendly and helpful, rooms lovely, lots of hot water. Great facilities if needed, very central in town. Rooms were quiet, in bed to really comfy. Restaurant food was lovely, but allow time, this is not fast food. Work recommend local cuisine. "

"It’s a nice apt with nice appliances. But it was too complicated to access, operate and maneuver. But Next door to Spodek. To get to actual apt..you have to drag ur luggage across a parking area. Up steps. To enter the bldg. there is no place for a taxi or uber to park closer to the entrance…. My biggest frustration was that the font on the door to explain instructions were in less than 3 point ..I wh need a magnifying glass to read it.. when I closed the apt door from the inside , it took 30 minutes to reopen. From the inside. There was no way to read the instructions with font extremely small located at the door.. this scenario is a fire hazard. Many dog owners and i observed in a 1 hr time span , did not. Bother to pick up dog poop…I stepped in large pile going back to uber. Another small issue but The WiFi password. Dn have to be so long and complicated. It’s just a WiFi password… For me , even the code to get in the bldg had to be complicated. Without WiFi you cannot access ur email or to get a code at exactly 3 pm. In a taxi or uber or on arrival to the bldg…. I had to sit in galleria waiting for code where there WiFi . been to Katowice every year since 2013. for rawa blues. never had this issue bf in any apt. Lastly. dn see laundry machine. Maybe was in the bathroom. left after 90 minutes of back and forth on these issues, best 4 ppl with small luggage , bifocals and WiFi on phone. "
