"Hotel is good. Check in I was pissed! Booked for pay on arrival and payment taken on Monday arriving on Wednesday. Rule is they take your payment 48 hours before you arrive. Then why did Expedia say "Pay on arrival"? Should show Delta rules are pay 48 hours before arrival. Also, with most places being fragrance free, but not this hotel. Pumping some kind of scent that was so strong almost make be gag. In the check in area and the elevators. Also, ice machine on our floor doesn't work. ...

"Sorry Expedia, I couldn't review earlier because I lost my cell phone at the YVR so I had no connection during whole my 14 day travel. Anyway, I've had not at all pleasant stay at the "Stone Hedge" which I realized the name sound like a cemetery after my rather spooky experience there. The place had no one but a man, owner who was not at all friendly that showed me a room to stay and the down the hallway bathroom for me to use instead of a bathroom next to the room I was to stay. "Everything was perfect. Rose is a very nice host. I like the idea that you have to take off your shoes at the entrance. That keeps the whole place cleaner. The only thing i was missing was a tv. I am planning to stay there again if Rose lets me :)"

"Accent Inn Richmond is 5* for courteous helpful staff, location and comfortable rooms. Our go to when flying out of YVR, and so convenient to long stay car and use their free shuttle. Can’t beat it for a comfortable, economical stay. Love the hot chocolate, coffee and ionized water station in the lobby."
