「Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was superb! Pool water was warm, slide was fun, and hot tub was perfect. Our room was clean and comfortable. Hallways are a little run down and doors going into pool area didn't appear to be secure or locked when pool was closed.」

「I booked for 6 nights but only stayed 5 nights. I checked out before 12:00 noon on May 7, and I have been unable to contact your customer service. Please hurry up and modify my order and issue a bill and send it to me by email, and then refund the payment for one night. Please help me, thanks.」
