"the hotel is brand new. everything in the hotel is spotless. the rooms are modern. the beds are comfortable. the breakfast was excellent. the hotel has free parking, that made a huge difference as I had a car and I was concerned that I would not be able to park the car. you can get free caffee at the loby area. the internet was good."

"I stay in many hotels but was pretty disappointed with this experience. We arrived at midnight and were the only people in reception. The check in took 45 minutes and we didn't get to our rooms until 12:50. I found the person on reception quite brisk and could do with a little but of customer service training and swifter check in! We booked 7 queens but ended up with 6 twins and a queen. Breakfast was nice Rooms were comfortable but the corridors were noisy - bring ear plugs "

They made the check-in process smooth and were always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel was exceptionally clean, including the lobby, hallways, and my room. My room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was sparkling clean, and everything felt fresh and organized. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. It was a relaxing environment, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The staff’s friendliness and attention to detail truly made a difference in my experience. "Absolutely wonderful hotel and staff. When we arrived, the staff greeted us with the warmest welcome. We where able to check in almost 3 hours early which was fantastic given we had been travelling since 2am that morning. The rooms where spotless and there was plenty room to relax. The staff where amazing and always went above and beyond. A massive shout out to Jackie and Jovana. These ladies where fantastic, they always welcomed you with a smile and nothing was ever to much trouble. These two women never stopped working yet all the time made it feel like you where apart of there extended family. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area. "
