Excellent location. Nice pricelevel. Staff could be a liitle more welcoming. Not at all unfriendly but bit of a distant attitude, maybe they were just shy. Nice big room with a doublebed. Just what I need. Clean fresh bathroom. In short, my ”perfect hotel”. This will be my hotel from now on, when I’m in the Frankfurt area. Vielen dank!

Not service minded

Service was not good from the start, but the major thing is that you weren't able to help me with my last night that I cancelled! I understand that you have rules but you can help put if you really want. I stayed 2 of 3 nights of my booking. This will make that I will never recommend your hotel, I will never stay again. So you may have saved a night on my cost but I will never come back again and I'm in the city once a month and will off course not recommend your hotel.

The terrible lady in reception

The hotel had no food/roomservice except for eventual breakfast. You could not get lunch or dinner at the hotel. They had nothing to chew on. They had an empty minibar, and the bar was not manned all times.The staff was polite except for ONE. She wouldn´t say hello when all the other did this at all times. She did not open the door to us by pressing the button before we give her our room number through intercom. It was heavy rain and we couldn´t just remember the room number at that second, we got all wet cause of her, terrible lady. I´m 37 years old and I spend almost 70 nights at hotels every year, I have never experienced a worse staff at any hotel in any country.

Ich bekam ein Zimmer, das nicht gereinigt worden war, mit Handtüchern und Bettwäsche, die noch vom vorherigen Gast benutzt worden waren. Man gab mir ein anderes Zimmer, vermerkte dies jedoch nicht im System, sodass ich am nächsten Tag nach dem Frühstück meine Sachen nicht abholen konnte.

Clean and good location

Clean hotel, literally right outside the main train/bus stop for Darmstadt. Would stay here agian. Good wifi. It was about a 20-25 min walk to main city square.

Buen hotel para una estancia corta

Servicio excelente en recepción. La habitación está muy bien, amplia y limpia, el único problema es que la moqueta da sensación de suciedad por el color marrón y las manchas.
