「I received an email without start & comfort codes. I takes me about 1-hour to get into my apartment. It is also very inconvenience and expensive for a foreigner to make an emergency call. It will be charged as international phone call. The whole activation/access processes should be reviewed and improved.」

「In den 5 Tagen (Ende September) haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Zimmer, sowie das ganze Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer gut gelaunt. Ich finde die Philosophie dieses Hotels bzgl. Nachhaltigkeit und Umweltschutz toll und sollte als Vorbild für andere Hotels durchaus verwendet werden.
