「Maybe spend a few minutes at check-in to give the guest all the info they need. After signing the reservation form, I was given a key and my room was pointed out me. No other info was given. Front Desk agent was in a hurry to leave the building. No WiFi info, location of resort amenities, or other property info was shared. We walked around to find the pool and discovered it was dirty with a bunch leaves and other debris. I learned about the walking trails after my departure from someone else....

「The room was not as appealing as marketing photos, bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked very well, it’s a lot of steps to get upstairs to check in. The staff was not engaging nor particularly friendly compared to other Belize experiences. Location is excellent with restaurants and tour companies a quick walk away. 」

「Awesome resort at the top of the hill overlooking San Ignacio. Beautiful view of the town and the sunset/sunrise with a pleasant breeze. Walking distance to Cahal Pech Maya ruins. Friendly staff with a great restaurant and bar. I will definitely be staying here again when I travel to Belize.」

「Cassia Hills has been around a long time and is a lovely property. Lounging by the pool was great, staff brought us fresh coconuts. In fact, the staff really MADE our stay. They bent over backwards to ensure that everything was great, helped us when asked and were lovely to interact with. Joe, Carlos and Sarlee (front desk) were friendly and kind. I was with my mom and aunt and our cabin was far from the front desk so Joe and Carlos drove us to and from the room...super nice. Would stay...
